Deep Cooling VUV, EUV & X-Ray Spectroscopy Camera

Built on an innovative platform concept, the ALEX-s series of low-noise scientific CCD cameras provides a vacuum interface tailored for spectroscopy across the VUV, EUV, and soft and hard X-ray range. Direct detection of incoming photons is detected by the CCD sensor. In addition to precise measurements of high-energy radiation, these detectors exhibit high sensitivity in the NIR, VIS, and UV ranges.

The greateyes ALEX-s spectroscopy cameras integrate scientific CCD sensors with advanced ultra-low noise electronics to enhance the detection of weak signals. You can choose from different spectral sensitivities and flange types to tailor the camera to your imaging or spectroscopic needs. Cooling of the full-frame CCD sensors is achieved through multi-stage Peltier elements. These ALEX-s cameras offer a comprehensive range of features, including flexible binning operation, various trigger and synchronization modes, software-switchable gain, and real-time temperature monitoring of both the sensor and the Peltier hot side.
