Enhancing Thermal Imaging Solutions: The Ceres T 1280 Radiometric Camera Series

The Ceres T 1280 radiometric camera series is built around the Dione 1280 OEM thermal imaging core, featuring an uncooled 12 μm pitch microbolometer detector. With a resolution of 1280 × 1024 and a NETD of less than 60 mK, it ensures precise thermal imaging.

These cameras provide full-frame images at a rapid 60 Hz rate, accessible via either a CameraLink or GigE interface.

Compliant with GenICam standards, the Ceres T 1280 series seamlessly integrates into demanding industrial thermography setups. Offering various Horizontal Field-of-View (HFOV) options, including 12, 16, 25, or 48 degrees, it caters to specific application needs.

The Ceres T 1280 series is ideal for process monitoring, medical, scientific, and advanced research applications.

Key Benefits & Features:

  • Incorporates a state-of-the-art 1280 × 1024 microbolometer detector with a 12 μm pitch
  • Compact size makes it suitable for industrial thermography applications
  • GenICam compliance enables easy integration
  • Operates without the need for cooling
  • Available with multiple field-of-view options for increased flexibility

Xeneth Software

Versatile software interface designed with the user in mind

Xeneth software accommodates all Xenics infrared cameras regardless of their wavelength sensitivity, interface, resolution, or image format. Initially, the graphical user interface (GUI) displays only essential control parameters alongside the infrared camera image in the default view. However, transitioning from beginner to expert and then to guru mode reveals additional adjustable settings.

A comprehensive array of processing and post-processing tools is provided to extract valuable information and enhance infrared images. When utilizing a thermally calibrated camera (available for selected models), the software enables complete radiometric analysis (thermography), factoring in object, environmental, and optic characteristics.

Moreover, Xeneth facilitates the export of recorded infrared images to standard image formats, allowing analysis in third-party software. An enhanced calibration wizard, introduced in version 2.7, streamlines image correction calibration data optimization without the need for real-time camera images.

Key Features Include:

  • Alarms
  • Black hot/White hot spots
  • Extended calibration wizard
  • Image histogram
  • Image processing
  • Recorder and player
  • Storage and analysis of digital images/movies
  • TrueNUC for continuous real-time image correction
  • Bad pixel replacement
  • Easy control of all Xenics infrared cameras
  • False color mode with various color profiles
  • Live view of images
  • Line profiles, spot meters, time profiles
  • Selections and statistics
  • Thermography (optional and for selected cameras only)
  • Xeneth LabVIEW SDK (optional)
  • Xeneth Software Development Kit (SDK)
