CinCam InGaAs-HR is a plug-and-play solution for laser beam profiling of CW and pulsed lasers in both the visible and SWIR, thus covering an impressive spectral range from 400 to 1700 nm. Using a machine-vision grade InGaAs camera and a dedicated laser beam profiling software (RayCi),  the CinCam InGaAs-HR allows simple and accurate laser beam analysis according to ISO standards with high accuracy thanks to the smallest pixel pitch of the industry of 5 µm.

The camera is cooled with a  thermo-electric cooling (TEC1), thus ensuring stable, repeatable and quantitative measurements in any environment (laboratory or industrial).

Includes one of the following models: 

    • CinCam InGaAs-HR 636-5: Entry level with an active area of 9.60 x 7.68 mm  and a 5 µm pixel pitch
  • or
    • CinCam InGaAs-HR 1280-5: Intermediate level with an active area of 9.54 x 7.62 mm  and a 15 µm pixel pitch

+  CinCam InGaAs kit:

    • 1 RayCi software license (Standard or Pro) with USB dongle*
    • 1 C-mount to SM1 adapter
