Axiom Optics is happy to announce that we have signed a new partnership agreement with IR Cameras, a U.S.-based subsidiary of Santa Barbara Infrared. IR Cameras develops advanced infrared imaging systems for a range of applications including scientific, industrial, and military. This partnership adds two lines of mid-wave infrared cameras to our already expansive offerings of infrared cameras and solutions. These include:
IRC900 Series
This series of cryo-cooled MWIR cameras provides high thermal sensitivity and spatial resolution in a small package, making it great for both laboratory and field use. It offers the industry’s highest full frame rates and shortest integration times and is designed for high performance under stressing environmental conditions.
The IRC is available in both InSb (IRC900) and nBn (IRC912) models.
Mid-Wave IRC800 Series
The IRC800 series offers the ultimate flexibility for research scientists with adjustable integration time, frame rate and window size. The advanced InSb focal plane array technology features unrivaled sensitivity, ultra-low noise, no blooming and no crosstalk.
Other main features include:
- Choice of LN2 cooled InSb or nBn sensors
- <1 μm to >5 μm spectral response
- 14-bit digital output
- SuperFraming for extended dynamic range
- Motorized four position filter wheel option
- High frame rates & windowing
